Creative program management at scale. High-volume collateral production. Agency and vendor coordination. Cross-functional stakeholder alignment. End-to-end campaign delivery: on time, on brand, and through legal and regulatory without losing momentum.

This is what scale looks like.

The proof:

When you're managing 75–80 concurrent campaigns, 800+ assets a year, and 35+ product launches across event, digital, and experiential channels—you either have a system or you have chaos. I built the system.

That meant owning the full creative pipeline: intake triage, workback schedules, queue governance, agency direction, OOH partners, and specialty print vendors—all moving simultaneously. In my first year, I delivered 800+ tactics. Over three years, I managed $1M in annual agency revenue through the creative program. 100% stakeholder satisfaction maintained throughout.

One highlight: the SpeciTRAX A++ product launch. Over the course of 18 months, I led an A++ (highest priority) new product initiative from pre-to-post-launch, including product naming, creative concept development, market research, and an immersive technology build; oversaw a photo and video shoot that produced 550+ photos and 22 videos; managed 106 tactics; and generated $185K+ in agency revenue. It was one of five new product initiatives I supported that year.

If you need someone who can run your creative program, manage your vendors, and get work out the door so you can focus on everything else, this is what that looks like.

Key results:

800+ assets/year · 35+ product launches · $1M agency revenue generated · 100% stakeholder satisfaction
