Managing creative for a global education company means juggling university partners, international student markets, multilingual production, and in-market offices across 30+ countries—all at once and all on deadline.

That's what this is.

The proof:

As Senior Marketing Communications Manager, North America, for Navitas, I ran the creative production operation for 11 university partnerships across the U.S. and Canada, managing a four-person in-house design team and the full slate of briefs, timelines, approvals, and delivery for every market we served.

My team and I produced the work: annual student-facing recruitment guides, counselor guides, pre-arrival handbooks, housing flyers, B2B partnership brochures, agent event materials, promotional items, and FAM tour collateral—in English, Chinese, and many other languages, distributed to in-market offices globally. I handled copy oversight, quality control, and some of the design myself.

I also built systems. Redesigning and synchronizing annual print releases saved $150K+ annually, including a redesign of the annual student guide from 50–60 pages down to 10–20, paired with a new $0.12/piece trifold, cutting North America’s printing expenditures 35.7% while distributed volume grew ~25%. We piloted QR codes, UTM tracking, and personalized URLs on time-sensitive content like fees and dates so it could be updated digitally instead of reprinted, then partnered with the web team to track traffic by piece and guide print allocation. Digital proofing saved another ~$20K a year and cut revision cycles. The quality control processes my team developed were later adopted by the Australasia and UK teams.

If you need someone who can manage your creative team, maintain quality across a high volume of work, and find efficiencies in the process, this is what that looks like.

Key results:

$150K+ annual print and freight savings · ~$20K saved through digital proofing · QR/UTM/pURL pilot for always-current print content · 11 university partners · Four-person team managed · Multilingual production across 30+ countries
